Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://smithsjunkremoval.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Smith’s Junk Removal reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Junk Removal, Tree Removal, Construction Debris Removal, Garage Cleanout, Property Cleanout, Tree Trimming, Stump Grinding, Storm Debris Removal provided by Smith’s Junk Removal. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://smithsjunkremoval.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Smith’s Junk Removal or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Smith’s Junk Removal reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://smithsjunkremoval.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Smith’s Junk Removal makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Smith’s Junk Removal's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Smith’s Junk Removal against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NC.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
